2. What is it?
The CIRCA page is a public site allowing people to share files in any format. Login can be required to access certain pages.
The EC and the Helpdesk uses it as a mean to share documents with CBs and other EUEB stakeholders.
The EUEB group is a close group, user name and password is required to access it.

3. How to access it? To access the page go to: https://circabc.europa.eu
In the top left corner click Login
You are taken to the ECAS login page:
Tick in the relevant option (probably "Neither an institution nor a European body")
Press on select
If you have already ECAS user ID and password, please fill it in. If not, please click on "Not registered yet" and create new ECAS login.(Login Not registered yet)
You can ask a new password by clicking on new password and filling in your address.
The Helpdesk login and password are: nouellca / Ecolabel2013 3

4. How to access it?
After Login: Click on European Union Ecolabelling Board under Interest Group 4

5. How to access it?
Once in the EUEB Interest Group, on the top left click on Library 5

6. What to find there?
The following document are currently accessible on Circa page:
CB Forum (minutes, accompanying documents and presentations)
FAQs table with CB Forum decisions
Logo guidelines
Technical files for flags and plates (for hotels)
Ecolabel leaflet
Some of the EUEB documents and presentations
Reimbursement forms

7. How to use it?
CBs can connect to the application and download documents
CBs are invited to contact the Helpdesk or Anna Rylewicz whenever they find a document needs to be updated or with suggestions for new content
CBs can ask for author’s rights (send an to Anna Rylewicz) if he/she wishes to download a document
