31 Getting the Checkout Sheet Signed
Teacher signatures go on the reverse side of the Checkout sheet If you have an A, B or C in a class, you should be cleared to go on Project without an issue

32 Getting the Checkout Sheet Signed
If you have a D or an F, there are several things that could happen when you ask your teacher for his or her signature:

33 Getting the Checkout Sheet Signed
D/Yes – If your teacher wants you to go on Project and has no more requirements for you to fulfill, he or she signs “D/Yes” and you have their consent to go on Senior Project

34 Getting the Checkout Sheet Signed
D/No – If your teacher wants you to stay in class and continue to attend school (and not go on Project), he or she signs “D/No” and you do not have their consent to go on Senior Project

You will not be checked out and permitted to go on Project if you get one of these on your signature sheet

36 Getting the Checkout Sheet Signed
CO – There is a condition or conditions that you must fulfill with your teacher in order for you to be allowed to go on Project.

37 Getting the Checkout Sheet Signed
Your teacher will determine these conditions and will write them on a separate piece of paper that will be attached to the signature sheet.

38 Getting the Checkout Sheet Signed
If you fail to meet the conditions, you will be taken off Senior Project, required to return to school to attend classes, and take all applicable final exams.

If you are getting a D in a class, we suggest that you approach the teacher and speak with them regarding your participation in Senior Project as soon as possible.
