3 Schedule All Parents 6:00 p.m. – 6:25 p.m. School-wide Meeting (gymnasium) 6:25 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Transition to Homerooms 3rd Grade Parents 6:30 p.m. – 6:55 p.m. Teacher leads meeting with parents of their class. 6:55 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Parents are free to explore school, ask questions and are encouraged to attend the book fair on the stage in the gymnasium. 6:55 p.m. – Mrs. Martins will be available in room 5.

6:30 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. Homeroom Teacher Meeting 6:50 p.m. – 7:05 p.m. 2nd Teacher Meeting 7:10 p.m. – 7:25 p.m. 3rd Teacher Meeting 7:25 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Parents are free to explore school, ask questions and are encouraged to attend the book fair on the stage in gymnasium. If your child has a teacher that is not a homeroom teacher, please feel free to visit their classroom. If you have children in multiple grades, please feel free to use the second half of the night to visit with teachers.

13 Parent Involvement Book Fairs Field Trips Twice a year
September 10 – 13 (open house) March 19 – 22 (parent-teacher conferences) During school or at night Field Trips CORI and Fingerprinting I will be communicating with parents regarding field trips through the school newsletter. We will be continuing to use our newly created Field Trip Chaperone Agreement.

14 Contact Information / Notes Please remember to notify the school if there is a change with phone numbers, address, or home address. Please send in a signed note in the morning if anyone other than the legal guardian is picking up your child. This includes dismissal time and for any appointments during the day.

15 Additional Information
Please remember we are just getting to know your child. I will be available to speak with parents from from 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the main lobby. Communication with the school will help our staff help your children. Scholastic Book Fair
