Content areas include topics such as: Managing Work and Time, Effective Decision-Making, Motivating and Directing
Assessment determines course learning modules. Students review course content and then enact behavior based on content through activities.

4. Requirements Assessment: Introduction and Placement
Online Curriculum: skill-based course modules
Daily Lessons: 20 mini-lessons per course module
Guided Practice Activities: 2 daily
Interim Assessment: halfway through course module
Mastery Assessment: Concludes module
Assessment is about 50 questions. You are required to complete a minimum of 40 lessons. Number of lessons is 20 per course module. You complete 2 course models for a total of 40 mini-lessons. You may complete more lessons; however, you CANNOT complete less. you may complete more. Interim and Mastery Assessments are online tests midway through and at the end of each course module. Assessment, Interim and Mastery Assessments are in addition to the 40 mini-lessons. These exams do NOT count toward the 40 mini-lesson total.

OmniLearn will contact you via to register; coursework can be delivered to preferred address.
You will receive an containing login, password, and link to site. You can login anytime by going to site.
Complete Placement Test upon first login to generate recommended curriculum path. You can prioritize courses.
Site is Courses should be completed on weekdays; however, you can use weekends if you get behind.

6. Essentials
Focus on content and behavior: practice on improving leadership behavior by acting upon cognitive learning
A minimum of 40 lessons must be completed
Learning is assessed through online testing
One lesson delivered per 24-hour period
20 lessons must be completed by 15 July 12
Complete all lessons by 15 September 12
You cannot speed up the process! Also, you cannot leave it until the last minute and complete it all at once! Technical issues that can be resolved are not our responsibility. If it turns out that you cannot get access at work and you do not discover that until 40 days are left, it will prevent you from finishing. Start early, complete consistently, and finish early! You should account for vacation, login issues, workload, etcetera.
