In fall 2018, we moved our to Outlook. Outlook is under umbrella of Office 365. In this session, we will discuss some of features in Office 365 we can use for collaborating among colleagues.

12 My Recommendations If you work on a small file, like syllabus, with another faculty, use Outlook Groups If you work on a project with several people, use Teams. “Teams” looks like project management software. SharePoint fits business world very well. I would not use SharePoint at this point. Whenever you share large-size files – PowerPoint, photo, video , send a link from OneDrive instead of attachment. Backup all your data to your OneDrive by the end of each semester.
