The Siberian Professional Training Centre (our name in 1991–1996) has been training students in speciality program ( ) “Public and Municipal Administration” since The first graduation was in Intramural students have been graduating since In 1990s, it was our only program. In 2011, the Siberian Academy of Public Service (our name in 1996–2012) started to accept students for undergraduate studies in program “Public and Municipal Administration”. The program “Public and Municipal Administration” included acceptance to all types of attendance for both full and shortened programs. In 2015, the Siberian Institute of Management started to accept students for undergraduate studies in program

10 OUR GRADUATES CAN SOLVE THE FOLLOWING PROFESSIONAL GOALS
Organisation and Management: ensure performance of authorities of government bodies of the Russian Federation, government bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies; develop and implement administrative decisions, including regulations; take part in development of socially-oriented regulation measures for public relations and processes of social and economic development; take part in budget planning and efficiency evaluation for budget expenditures; organise interaction with organisations and citizens.

Information and Analytical Support: develop documents for processes of public and municipal administration; provide information and expertise support, prepare guidance materials, and provide guidance for administrative decisions; collect, classify, and process information; take part in information support for activities of state and municipal bodies, organisations; protect proprietary and confidential information.

Communications: take part in organisation of communications between state and municipal bodies/organisations and civil institutions, mass media, and citizens; take part in conflicts resolution; contribute in development of mechanisms of public participation in making and implementation of administrative decisions; support creation and promotion of public image of state and municipal services, country, and territory based on state-of-the art communication technologies.

14 PRACTICAL TRAINING Educational Training: familiarise with activities of state bodies, local government bodies, organisations. Pre-graduate Training: prepare for graduation thesis (bachelor), conduct a research in the field of the graduation thesis.
