1 Year 11 GCSE Exams Information and Expectations
What exams are happening before the 13th May? Food Practical exam – Thu 28th Feb Drama Performances – Wed 3rd April Spanish Speaking Assessments – Week commencing 1st April Art Exam – Tue 30th April and Thu 2nd May Start: Mon 13th May Finish: Fri 14th June (Mon 17th June for Further Maths) What will my school days be like during the exams? No exam leave as there are exams every day All students in all lessons until June 14th Lessons will focus on revision until your final exam in that subject If you have completed all exams in a subject, remaining lessons will be silent revision sessions (non-cooperation will see students removed from the room) Your timetable will be slightly altered in the final week with extra revision sessions for the remaining exams AM Exams : Warm up sessions 0915: Exam starts PM Exams : Lunch : Warm up sessions 1345: Exam starts Booster sessions will be running over Easter and May half term breaks.
