7 Some of my students that were enrolled on the first day of testing did not assess. How do I see the percent of students that participated in assessments?

8 1. Select Performance Level Summary Report from the report options. 2. Select the grades, years and school(s) you wish to view then click, Continue. 3. Click on the Report Type tab at the top of the page and select Report Table. 4. Click on the Scores table and select % Participation Rate and click Submit.

10 How can I see which of my students with disabilities were allowed to test in a small group setting and/or were allowed to ask for clarification of test directions?

11 1. Select Roster Report. 2. Select the administration year, grade, and the school you wish to view then click Continue. 3. Click on the Filter tab at the top of the page and add filter, Students with Disabilities. 4. Click on the Accommodations tab and select IEP/504 Accommodations 4 and 10 and click Submit.

13 How can I compare school wide, district wide and state wide SBA results for Reading, Writing and Math for 2010- 2011?

14 1. Select Report Card Macro 2. Select Administration, School and click Get Text Report.

16 District Administrator Users have access to all the data for the specified district. The district administrator is able to access the settings to create, deactivate, modify and view user accounts. District Normal Users with full access can view all of the data (individual and summary) for the specified district and schools within the district. District Normal Users with limited access can view only the summary data for the specified district and schools within the district. School Administrative Users with full access can view all the data (individual and summary) for the specified school. The school administrator is able to access the settings to create, deactivate, modify and view user accounts.

19 Grade 10 SBA scores and Grade 10 HSGQE scores will not be the same because not all SBA questions are used for HSGQE and vice versa. If you have problems logging in using Firefox, you may need to make sure JavaScript is enabled on the browser settings.
