5 Anorexia Nervosa Anorexia nervosa is a type of eating disorder. People who have anorexia, have an intense fear of gaining weight. 20 Something quick and very easy to cook and avoid eating unhealthy snacks… Ingredients: 1 muffin, cut in half 2 mushrooms Half cut zucchini and onion 1 slice ham 1/2 cup mozzarella Some tomato paste,olive oil salt and pepper Directions: Toast the muffin until golden and leave it to cool. Preheat the broiler. Mix the tomato paste and spread over the muffin halves. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the onion, mushrooms and zucchini until they become golden. Add the seasoning and then divide the vegetables between the muffin halves and scatter the ham and mozzarella over the top. Place under the broiler and cook for 4 minutes.

21 SOMETHING QUICK AND SWEET Ingredients: 1 cup flour 2 teaspoons sugar, nonfat yogurt, skim milk and water 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 2 egg whites Some cinnamon Directions: In a medium bowl, stir together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, oats, cornmeal, sweetener, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, yogurt, milk and water. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, and mix just until moistened. Heat a skillet over medium heat, and coat with cooking spray. Pour about 1/3 cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles begin to form in the center, then flip and cook until browned on the other side.
