4/5/2019 Building 50: Outside of the East and West break areas (Considered a No-Beret/No-Salute Zone where posted) Anderson Hall, Bldg 51: Outside in the rear picnic area (Considered a No-Beret/No-Salute Zone where posted) NO SMOKING/CHEWING TOBACCO INDOORS There is no smoking any where in front of Bldg 50. The front of Bldg 50 is considered a beret and salute zone and is NOT a break area or a cell phone area. Cell phones WILL NOT be used in the Hallways, including texting. While in uniform, hands free devices are NOT authorized unless driving. While in uniform, ANY and ALL headsets are not authorized Source of Information

15 Student Vehicle Information
4/5/2019 Student Vehicle Information Parking in designated student or visitor lots only No parking on the grass No parking on the shoulder of roads No talking on cell phones without a hand free device Staff parking lots can be identified by white and green signs that say “Staff Parking Only”. The only time you are authorized to use a hands free device in uniform is when you are driving. If you do not have a hands free device, pull over to the nearest parking lot to use your phone. 4/5/2019 Emergency Evacuation Procedures (cont.) Tornado Procedures- In the event of a tornado or a tornado alarm, all classes will evacuate to the center of the first floor hallway and sit with their back against the wall. Fire doors will be pulled shut. Notes to Instructor: In the event of a tornado or a tornado alarm secure your CAC Card. Secure any sensitive items. Have students on first floor, exit the class rooms into the hallways. Students will sit with their backs against the wall with their legs tucked in if possible. Once the all clear is given, return to class room procedures. If there was a tornado, after ward try to exit the bldg to the designated rally point (student parking lot) Note to Instructor: Take accountability of all personnel in your class/section. Report any missing Students or Staff to the Senior Ranking of the Bldg. Follow the ARRTC evacuation plan in the ARRTC Physical Security Plan and the Evacuation SOP. Source of Information
