2 FTA Funding FTA apportions funds to NMDOT annually using formulas established in statute Apportionment levels established during reauthorizations Current reauthorization (FAST Act) goes through FFY 2020 FAST Act Fact Sheet:

3 FTA Funding The FAST Act authorizes $61.1 billion over the five fiscal years (FY) through 2020 for programs administered by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) The law authorizes $11.8 billion for public transit programs in FY 2016, and increases the total authorization to $12.6 billion in FY 2020
