1 Icon Library Use these icons to modify any of the slides to tell YOUR ServiceNow story. You can also use other sources for images or icons to modify the presentation to meet your needs or incorporate the icons into presentations you may already have created associated to ServiceNow.

2 Icon Library Use the following set of icons to illustrate visual concepts and diagrams. Take note of the icon labels and only use icons for designated concepts, and use Find on the Home ribbon to search for a particular icon concept. Choose the color that is most appropriate for your slides. To change a specific icon to another color, select it then go to the Drawing Tools ribbon, Format tab and select a new “Shape Fill” color. Do not add a Shape Outline. Icons are Drawing Objects which means they can be scaled to any size. Hold down Shift, then select and drag from any corner to keep the same proportions.
