3. Large area ALD MCPs
Three ALD coated 8” MCPs arrived in Nov, they fit in our electrode
deposition holder (above). Interference reflections change color from
One side to the other – ALD thickness variation?? No electrode yet!!

4. Large area ALD MCPs
One ALD coated 8” MCP was not completely ALD coated, as
described by Anil. Multifiber pattern on all substrates is similar to the earlier 33mm samples. One crack at the edge of all MCPs.
