2 Online Instructor Test Registration Welcome to the Online Instructor Test Registration How-To Information. Launch the website by opening the following link: https://clock.uss.ualberta.ca/ClockWork/user/instructor/defaul t.aspx Note: This document should be used as a guide and for reference to the actual process. The slides may differ slightly from the website, as the online server is updated constantly. The best instructions are found on the website, as they are most up to date.

3 To log into the system please use your CCID and password.

4 Instructor Online Test Registration Process: To schedule a test, midterm, quiz or final please select the course first.

5 To book an exam (test or final), the main screen appears as follows. Please select the Test and Exams link to register an exam for your course.

6 From the list of tests provided, select the date for which you need to book the exam / test. (Continued on next slide).

7 From the list provided below, select the date for which you need to book the exam / test. If the exam does not exist on this list, please select a date from the date chooser (previous slide) and click add this test.

8 For the test / exam, provide the date / times at which the class is writing. Ensure accuracy of the start and end time as that information is used to calculate accommodated time.

9 After the test details are entered, the following screen will display a list of students who are currently registered with SSDS to take that test. Note: Some students writing exams with SSDS may not yet have registered the test and thus may not yet be listed.

10 EXAM DETAILS - This is the former Exam Instruction and Authorization form (known as the Orange Form). Note: This information is vital. It must be completed at least 2 days prior to the exam to ensure sufficient time to provide accommodations. Three (3) working days are required to produce exams in alternate formats. (continued on next slide)

11 These EXAM DETAILS must be completed before you can proceed to the next window.

12 Carefully review the information provided before completing the process.

13 You may upload the actual test to the system now or later. If you need to update the file, please do so at least 2 days prior to the exam (3 working days for exams requiring Alternate Format). If changes must be made after this deadline, contact the Exam Office.

14 Confirmation Page. You can make changes to the submission up to 2 days prior to the exam (3 working days for exams requiring Alternate Format). The system will not allow online changes after the deadline. Contact the Exam Office to request any amendments. All information for final exams must be entered prior to deadlines. Check with the Exam Office to ensure adherence to deadlines, for which you are responsible.
