GRADE SET-UP Academic Dishonesty Students are expected to bring all the required materials to class, every day. Students are expected to show up to class on time, and follow daily procedures as instructed on the first day of class. In social studies, it is very important to cite your work. Failing to do so implies that the ideas presented are your own, and if they are not, this is plagiarism. DO NOT PLAGERISE! Cheating and plagiarism will have a ZERO tolerance policy. I understand mistakes happen, but a clear case of plagiarism or cheating will not be tolerated.

2 Grading Scale Attendance
Students are expected to be present for every class, due to block scheduling, missing one class is equivalent of missing two classes. Please try to be present and on time each day of class. I understand things happen, you get sick, family emergencies, etc. I will allow students to make-up or turn in late assignments at my discretion. Excused absences, such as field trips or medical emergencies will always be allowed retakes, make-ups, or late submissions, without consequences.
