Schools identify local challenges and opportunities Schools and partners define the key outcomes and priorities for this project (logic model) Resources are invested in projects which: Build scale or increase the pace of change Develop sustainable ways of working Build partnership working / engagement Demonstrate what works through robust evaluation

3 The Aims To use physical activity, including both indoor and outdoor opportunities, to improve the emotional and mental health of children and young people. To think beyond further sport or PE opportunity, or to be restricted to timetabled curriculum PE. To let schools decide what the school community needs are and how they are going to support those needs effectively.

The Health and Wellbeing Board have allocated a budget to support developing Whole School Approach The greatest shares should be invested in direct school led project work There will be investment in the evaluation of the project to measure the real value and impact

Bookings to be made at 4th October 2018, 4:30pm – 6:30pm QE School, Wimborne Minster, with workshop presentations that will provide ideas from programmes or projects to support potential proposal development Bookings to be made contacting Georgia Rogers:

This will be determined by the priority area(s) in school. Inputs and activities planned. This will describe what the planned activities are or transformations that will take place Schools will be asked to consider the quality assurance of anything they engage with This may include working with an organisation or programme or joining with other schools. Activities include other low (or no) costs but that are part of the school ethos transformation The budget needed. The amount that is required to support developing the activities or transformation in school How the school intends to support the sustainability of the activities or transformation
