To be held on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Dutchtown High School
Time: 5:00pm
Tickets: $35 for athlete and two parents and $10 for each additional guest

3. Athlete of the Week
The athlete of the week is Noah Burton who finished 5th in the South Metro Wrestling Tournament
This was the Bulldogs first wrestling match and tournament
Noah had two tough loses but came back for revenge of his lose to Hampton in the consolation to win 5th place
His record is 3-2-0
Congratulations Noah!

4. Early Release Forms for December 19th and 20th
Early release forms were distributed during 3rd block
If students are planning to participate in Early Release on December 19th and 20th, the form must be completed and returned by Wednesday, December 12, 2018
All forms MUST be verified with a parent before students can participate in Early Release

5. 2019 Prom Ticket Flash Sale!
DHS’s Junior-Senior Prom will be held on April 26, 2019 at the Georgia Aquarium Oceans Ballroom
Prom Ticket Flash Sale will take place on Friday, December 14th! Tickets will be $100! Take advantage of this great opportunity!
Final Sale of tickets is January 1, 2019 – February 28, for $130
Tickets will be issued on Friday, April 26, 2019

8. Donate for a Needy Family
Help donate to a family in need
Things to donate are: hats, gloves, new underwear, pajamas, Barbie dolls, shoes (size 9), and socks
Please bring donated items to Room 226 by December 14th

9. The Helen Ruffing Reading Bowl
The reading bowl will meet on Mondays and Tuesdays at 3:30pm in the library

10. Printing from Chromebooks
Students are only able to print from their Chromebooks at this time
Students will need to deposit a minimum of $1 to set up a printing account

11. Sisters of Virtue Please Support Sisters of Virtue!
Please donate gift wrap supplies (wrapping paper, tissue paper, ribbon, bows, tape, etc.) to the Our House Holiday Angels Program
All donation can be dropped off n Room 114 or Room 318 by Tuesday, December 11th

14. Work Based Learning (WBL)
Now accepting qualified 2nd semester 11th and 12th grade students for WBL
Applications are available in the counselor’s office and in room 407 with Mrs. Walcott
Applications are due Tuesday December 11th
Parent/Student Orientation Meeting will be held on Thursday, December 13th in the school library
Time: 6:30pm-7:30pm
