PRESENTATION INTRODUCTION
The aim of this presentation is to provide users with a guide to the resources available in the Planning, Teaching and Assessing menu options.
This presentation has been specifically designed to assist teacher leaders to take colleagues through these 3 key menu options.
Individual teachers will equally benefit from independently going through the presentation at their own pace.
The presentation will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. However, it may take longer with group discussion time added in.
It is recommended that you download and print a copy of the slides and notes. You can then refer to the notes with the presentation in Slide Show mode.

2. Teacher
This presentation creates a mental map of the resources and the way in which they are linked within K7Maths.
Once you have a mental image of the site finding the resources you need is easy.
You can click and ‘play’ anywhere within the site.

3. The Planning-Teaching-Assessing Model
GENERAL START POINT
In a general sense teachers can choose their own starting point at K7Maths.
The cycle of Planning-Teaching-Assessing is applicable to all teaching contexts and approaches.
Teachers can enter the cycle at any point:
You can Plan, then Teach, then Assess
You can Teach, then Assess, then Plan
You can Assess, then Plan, then Teach
K7Maths works in exactly the same way.
