2 British School of Ulaanbaatar To educate global citizens in pursuit of personal excellence in an ever evolving community to become lifelong learners Whole school presentation from 6.30 – 7.00pm Meeting with tutors in classrooms 7.15pm for presentation about classroom routines Please note that this is not a parents evening, teachers are not expected to give progress reports about students at this early stage however can answer questions about settling in. Meet the teacher will end at 8pm promptly to ensure that our staff can get home in a timely manner.

If your child will be staying with a relative or family friend for any period of time while you are away you must inform the school so we have accurate emergency contact details on file. Homework isnt set because we want students to have to work after school. Homework is set so that students can work independently at home and show their learning to us.

14 British School of Ulaanbaatar To educate global citizens in pursuit of personal excellence in an ever evolving community to become lifelong learners Afternoon Collections & Morning Drop offs Only EYFS parents to enter the KS1 corridor Parents to collect children by 3.00pm (4.00pm if doing ECAs) every day KS1 children to line up in the reception area KS2 children and up to go straight to class in the mornings.

Teachers will be available until 8.00pm to speak with parents. Please be aware this is not a Parents Evening and it would not be appropriate to ask the teacher about your childs academic progress in their class at this early stage in the year. Thank You
