The name for the element 'neon' comes from the Greek word for new (neos)
Neon has 10 protons, 10 electrons, and 10 electrons
It is also normally in a gas form

3. What did we do with the element Neon
What did we do with the element Neon? We contacted the manager of a local neon sign company (Concept Neon) and ed them some questions we had about their product. We asked questions such as how they incorporated the element into the signs and what made their neon signs different than of their competition.
