It hosts a wide and expanding range of textbook content and was developed in Nth America a couple of years ago. We are launching this in EMEA from Jan 12, and in this phase this is a rep intermediated platform.

What is Custom Select?
A self-service website that allows you to quickly and easily create customised course content.
How quickly can I have my custom book?
Your custom book should be with you within six weeks once you have submitted the request.
What formats can I have my custom book in?
Print books are produced in either mono or 4-colour text, or you can choose a full-colour digital e-text delivered
through VitalSource.
I don’t have the time to create my own content. Do you have readymade custom books I can simply choose from?
Yes. We have ‘Editor’s Select’ books with pre-selected content from several subject areas.
I have a number of chapters from different books I would like to use – is there a limit?
Most courses can effectively utilise content from four texts, to keep to the specific course outline. If you have
many more than this then it is no problem, but it is worth checking how relevant the material is. Print books are
limited in length (the minimum is 96 pages), e-texts less so as they are not printed and bound. If you have any
questions on this subject, please speak to your Wiley Account Manager.
Can I upload my own content as well as content from other publishers?
Yes, you are able to upload your own content providing it has not been published elsewhere and you have full
copyright and permission to use it. You may not upload material from other publishers. Please refer to the
Custom Select website for full Terms and Conditions.
How do I find out about the pricing for my custom book?
Once you have submitted your content, your Wiley Account Manager will be in contact with you to discuss this.
Will I get to see a preview of my custom book?
Yes you can see a preview of the entire book before you submit for publishing. Simply click the Create Full
Preview button.
How many copies of the book do I need to have printed to submit a custom project?
The minimum order for books and e-text is 100 units.
I cannot find a specific book that I am interested in, is it available?
Contact your Wiley Account Manager and we can investigate this for you.
Where can my students buy the custom products?
