2 Details, Details, Details
Where? Prescott Pines, Prescott, AZ Located on 85 acres adjacent to the Prescott National Forest Located at approximately 6100 feet altitude Has been providing Outdoor Education facilities for over 10 years Licensed by Yavapai County to operate a camp facility Member of the Prescott Chamber of Commerce

3 When? Wednesday, March 28th - arrive at camp 11:00 a.m.
Friday, March 30th - return to Hull by 2:55 dismissal time

4 Classes Offered Sample Menu of classes: Nature/History Hike
Trebuchet Toss Low Rope Challenge Heat Transfer ** 6th grade teachers will decide on classes as they fit into our curriculum

5 Facilitated Fun Hayride Campfire - yes this includes S’mores!!!
Game Room Skit Night

6 Lodging 2 nights lodging - bring your own sleeping bag, pillow, and extra blanket 6 cabins for students plus one teacher cabin Chaperones: need 12 male and 10 female Must be fingerprinted by the district and submit to background checks Chaperone interest sign-up sheet All chaperones will be chosen via lottery by Mrs. Bromich

7 Meals 6 meals - served “all-you-can-eat” buffet style
Day 1: students will bring a lunch and dinner will be provided at camp. Day 2: breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided by camp Day 3: breakfast and lunch will be provided by camp Two additional snacks will be provided: juice and a granola bar. 7

8 Hungry Bear Cafe This is a snack bar that will be open for all students to buy stadium style treats. Items vary in price from 25 cents to $3.00 Students will need to bring extra money if they would like to take advantage of this option. NOT REQUIRED! 8

9 Gift Shop There is a gift shop on the premises. If the students would like to purchase a souvenir, they will be given free time to shop. They will need to bring their own money to do so. 9

10 Linens and Clothes Students need to bring their own sleeping bag, pillow, extra blanket, and towels. Students need to dress warm! Jeans Long sleeves T-shirts Lightweight jacket Tennis shoes Shorts not recommended Flip flops may be used for shower purposes only! Fragrances not permitted! 10

11 Electronics Students are not allowed to bring anything that requires a plug. Cell phones are not allowed on the premises Students will be allowed to use the phone at the camp, if necessary. Parents will be provided with the camp phone number, in case of an emergency 11

Fee per student - $200 Fee per chaperone - $90 ( paid by chaperone) Fee per teacher - $62 Cost for busing - $5,500 Total approximate cost $25,000

13 Wow - Any payment plan? Pay fee for your child
Ask Grandma or Grandpa to pay fee for your child Have your child save their allowance and pay their own fee

14 Other payment choices? Total cost for your child: $200
Pay fee in one lump sum or Make four installments of $50 each Total payment due by February 10th. Or…….have your child attend for free! Let us show you how easy that could be….

15 Tax Credit Donations Let the government pay for this experience!
Make a tax credit donation and you will get this money refunded to you, in full, when you file your taxes. Married couples: may donate up to $400 Single people: may donate up to $200
