There are various ways to use this slide: Choose students to orally state what the person(s) indicated did yesterday. They should include the place or event depicted also. For example: Yo esperé en el estacionamiento/ escuela. Students write sentences on their RCWS in the same manner as in the first example. They then share their sentences with the class. Students choose 3 or 4 photos and write a short paragraph telling about what happened. The paragraphs must be cohesive. Number photos. Say sentences leaving out the nouns/pronouns. Students write the number of each sentence you say in the order you say them. Ask questions about the pictures. Students answer either orally or in written form. For example: ¿Quién recibió un regalo? – Berta recibió un regalo. ¿Qué aprendió Ramón?—Aprendió matemáticas/or other subject. Nosotros Berta Tú y yo

Put students in groups of two. While one student tells what he/she did yesterday in each of the indicated places the other student numbers the picture described on his/her side of the sheet. Another suggestion is that the students tell a story in “round Robin” form (taking turns) about what they did yesterday. 6 2 4 7 5
