1. Present Progressive
When you want to emphasize that an activity is happening RIGHT NOW, use the present progressive tense.

2. Present progressive is the equivalent of the form in English
-ING
The dogs are playing with the toy.
You are driving too slowly!
I am talking on the phone.
He is reading the instructions.
Ana is taking pictures.

3. Present progressive is a compound verb, which means that the verbs is actually made up of two words.

4. To form the present progressive tense, use the present tense of ESTAR and a present participle:

When you attach to the end of the participle, you add a syllable to the word, which messes with the natural stress.
HOWEVER…
The participle will need a written accent over the “A” in –ANDO or the “E” in –IENDO or –YENDO.
