Academic Services is located within the University Secretary’s Group -> Student Experience Services (headed up by the Deputy Secretary Student Experience)
We have a Director, two Academic Policy Managers who head up the two teams, eight Academic Policy Officers and three administrative staff.
“Quality work” can span across teams. For example, Academic Policy Officers act as TPR/PPR administrators and policy responsibility is spread across the Department.

Within the Quality Assurance and Enhancement Team there are four Academic Policy Officers and an Academic Policy Manager. The Team does not solely focus on “quality”. It also supports key learning and teaching activities and projects, Senate committees and the work of various Vice and Assistant Principals.
