My Workspace Go to My Workspace and under Supply Network Order Summary click on the New Scheduling Agreements to Accept or Add Changes Back to Order Review

My Workspace Select the order that you want to review, you can click on the Order Number to have a further scope on the information. Also it can be seen by scrolling right with the highlighted bar at the bottom. In case you agree with the Request Quantity and date information, select the order’s checkbox and then click on Confirm at the bottom (in blue). If not, you must Accept with changes. For this option supplier must click on Add promises (in red).

My Workspace When accepting with changes, you will need to add the quantities and dates to fulfill the requirement completely on this page. Total on Promise quantities must match the request quantity.

My Workspace After saving the suggestions, a confirmation window will appear, click close to finish. This will send back the order to the buyer to revise it. If agreed, they will change the order in the system that generates the PO to E2Open. Then, the order will move from “Accepted with Changes” state to “NEW” again. Once there, the supplier will be able to confirm the order with the suggested changes.

This commitment to forecasts only illustrates a tentative amount to be requested on solid Purchase Orders, this does not represents an actual order at all, but must be considered.
