If you had a million dollars in thousand dollar bills, it would be 4.3 inches tall.

Now reaching poor countries.

Population begins to level off.
People have less kids as they become wealthier.
Kids are no longer an asset.
Immigration is often the only reason they see any growth.
The U.S. is in Stage 3

More people are dying than are being born.
Sometimes incentives given for more children. Abortion sometimes illegal.
