6. My approach for players and coaches development are:-
Overview of Coaching Roles
• Assist in or lead the delivery of progressive training sessions and a holistic learning environment
• Tailor sessions to the ages of the players worked with, focusing on ball control and basic fundamentals at an early age
• before implementing sessions that encompass more tactics and game understanding as the players get older
• Ensure sessions are always enjoyable and encourage players to progress by providing them challenges to overcome
• Identify weaknesses in individual player’s overall game and in turn work with the player to strengthen these areas
• Ensure players evolve not only on the pitch but off it as well, offering guidance and support in issues involving off field activity
• Liaise between other members of a coaching team on all issues regarding player progression, coaching techniques, team
Organisation, playing style, etc
• Oversee all arrangements involving training venues, team kits and boots, ground staff, etc
• Act as a point of contact for players’ parents on their child’s progression, enjoyment and how best to develop skills at home
• Staff recruitment, player scouting and selection, game and tournament organisation
