Training program Previous epxerience or praxis not necessary Full training provided for all positions Training program is a part of employment – ( 1st day of training = 1st day of employment) 3 weeks of theoretical group training in English language 3 - 4 weeks of practical training in English and German language, individual form 1 to 1 Final exams at the end of theoretical and practical training - certificate Costs of training covered by the company – Qualification agreement
