To show how Word – which most of us have – can produce an acceptable result without spending extra $$$$$

5. SPECIFICATIONS
Each Invitation will be customized for the individual recipient[s]
Each Envelope will be individually addressed and will also have the sender’s return address printed

6. WE WILL USE: Word Excel Browser [Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc.]
Snipping Tool – Windows 7/8 only

8. STEPS Create all 4 invitation “pages”
Create Excel file for individual information – names addresses etc.
Merge individual information with invitations & print
Merge individual information with envelopes & print

9. ON COMPLETION WE WILL HAVE SOME THOUGHTS
About Scanning – self evidently, the picture we will be using was not originally a digital image

About Printing:
Draft quality - will likely want “test” prints
“Best” quality for finished job
Paper Type selection
Paper Handling
