3 Transcript Requests 2 step process:
Use paper Transcript Request Form Submit request in Naviance The Transcript Request Forms are available in the Counseling offices. All transcript requests must be submitted at least 15 school days prior to the deadline. Transcript requests will not be processed until both requests are in. Example graph/chart.

It is your responsibility to release and send your scores! You can do this by phone or online (Go to or ) Just have school codes ready to go! Our code: Be sure to save the confirmation for your records. Keep all records and copies of reports in one place.
