Write a funny poem using the line, “You’re going down.” Use the image as inspiration. It must be at least 4 lines and should include rhyme (internal rhyme or end rhyme). You have 7 minutes to write your poem. Remember, format matters. You may not sit there and do nothing. Try your best!

It was a: These were two fragments, so a period is added after since, and a subject and verb were added to the second sentence (it was a). who have tickets: This should be in the present tense because they still have the tickets. Thursday’s: This is the possessive form. Thursdays means more than one Thursday (plural). The Capital Theater, …!: This is the name of the theater, so it should be capitalized.
