The modern world has become so accustomed to all the modern benefits that are present in the lives of almost everyone, that sometimes it is simply impossible to imagine our life without the presence of many items.

since. It was a: These were two fragments, so a period is added after since, and a subject and verb were added to the second sentence (it was a).
who have tickets: This should be in the present tense because they still have the tickets.
Thursday’s: This is the possessive form. Thursdays means more than one Thursday (plural).
The Capital Theater, …!: This is the name of the theater, so it should be capitalized. A comma is also added to set off an introductory element. Punctuation is added to the end of the sentence.
