3 Online Registration All players must complete the online registration prior to the first practice $40.00 Activity Fee can be paid in the school office or online through MyPayments Plus

5 Program Expectations Practice
3:30-5:00 (unless specified otherwise by coach) Practice is mandatory Please inform your coach if you know you will be missing practice Unexcused absences can result in loss of playing time or game suspensions Athletes should be picked up within 15 min after the conclusion of practices. FIRST PRACTICE: MONDAY, OCTOBER 22nd 3:30-5:00 Eligibility 4 “Needs Improvement” scores = INELIGIBLE These are scores of 1.5 or below in RESPECT and RESPONSIBILITY Behave and get your work completed!

We all represent Simle Middle School with our words and actions Show respect at all times for coaches, players, opponents, and officials Observe “24 hour” or “Next Day” Rule

7 Philosophy Participation Teaching Fundamentals
All athletes will receive playing time Teaching Fundamentals Learning the Legacy Sabers System Teaching life skills and learning to be a part of a TEAM Promoting ethics and sportsmanship Projecting a positive image of Simle Middle School **Winning is important, but does not take priority over any of these**

8 Transportation We will provide transportation to and from Dickinson, Minot, and Jamestown Athletes are responsible for finding their own transportation to games played in the Bismarck-Mandan area We will not be stopping to eat on out of town trips, please pack a lunch and plan accordingly Travel Waivers Located under “Important Forms” section of the website Filled out and turned in to coach if your daughter will not be riding home on the bus
