4. Surveillance systems (Article 14) – proposal for marine monitoring programme Monitoring of non-indigenous species in Danish marine waters. The report will be used as background for a decision on how to monitor for the MSFD and the BWMC- not implemented

Identification and sharing of information - NOBANIS: a portal with access to information about alien species (online database, factsheets, newsletters, photo bank, info about national and international legislation) 6. 6. Proposals for issues to work upon
Harmonisation of/ guidelines for MS administration of IAS regulation
E.g. Art. 7(b) – restrictions to intentionally keep IAS on the EU-list. Should having a listed plant in your garden be subject to sanctions and penalties?
Develop guidelines for proces of prioritisation of pathways and for action plans for the prioritised pathway(s)
