4 Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) The CAPM is designed for project team members and entry-level project managers, as well as qualified undergraduate and graduate students who want a credential to recognize their value to project team performance. 5 Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification This program is designed for professionals with project management experience. 6 Program Management Professional (PgMPSM) This certification is specifically developed to acknowledge the qualifications of the professional who leads the coordinated management of multiple projects and ensures the ultimate success of a program. To qualify you must: 1. Pass an extensive application process including review of education by PMI staff and review of professional work experience by a panel of program managers. 2. Pass a multiple-choice exam in which candidates will be called upon to demonstrate their ability to apply their knowledge to a variety of situational or scenario-based questions. 3. Pass a multi-rater assessment in which a team of raters that the candidate selects will evaluate the candidates competence in a work environment to perform germane tasks of a program manager as defined through the examination specification.

7 Program Management Professional (PgMPSM), continued For this certification you must also have the following: If candidate has a bachelors degree: Over the last 15 consecutive years, candidate must have at least: Four years of project management experience, and Four years of project management experience, and Four years of program management experience. Without Baccalaureate Degree or the Global Equivalent Over the last 15 consecutive years, candidate must have at least: Four years of project management experience, and Four years of project management experience, and Seven years of program management experience Seven years of program management experience
