1 Lesson 2.1 How do you order integers?
To order integers, you have to compare them. You can use a number line to do so if needed.

2 Lesson 2.2 – 2.3 How do you add and subtract integers?
Same Signs Add the absolute values and keep the sign Different Signs Subtract the lesser absolute value from the greater absolute value and keep the sign of the integer with the greater absolute value

3 Lesson 2.4 – 2.5 How do you multiply and divide integers?
Same Signs The product and quotient of two integers with the same sign is positive. Different Signs The product and quotient of two integers with different signs is negative.

4 Lesson 2.6 How do you properties to evaluate expressions?
You can use properties to rewrite problems to make mental math easier.

5 Lesson 2.7 How do you use the distributive property to evaluate expressions? Multiply what is on the outside of the parentheses by EACH term inside the parentheses. Simplify if necessary.

6 Lesson 2.8 How do you identify and plot points in a coordinate plane?
To identify a point: determine how many units left or right of the origin the point is located for the x-coordinate, above or below the origin the point is located for the y-coordinate. To plot a point: begin at the origin and move to the right if the x-coordinate is positive and left if negative, then move up if the y-coordinate is positive or down if negative.
