Main goal:
Providing reliable information on the labour market which should facilitate decision making on the development of the Malopolska Region

develops solutions for research on the labour and education market through devising research methods and techniques
improves existing solutions in the area of cooperation, as well as exchanges and disseminates information

4. Better economy development through investments in the human capital at the universities – the project of Ministry of Science and Higher Education at the central level in the area of higher education
Main goal:
To deliver the labour market monitoring tool for the universities helping in creation education programmes responding to the needs of economy
Activities:
Preparing the monitoring tool, which will be used by the universities
Promoting the need of cooperation between universities and enterprises in the process of students education (conferences, experts meetings, seminars, trainings the universities staff in the scope of created monitoring tool)

5. The development of vocational education in Bialystok in adapting to the needs of the labor market – local initiative (project of the Institute for Market, Consumption and Business Cycles Research)
Main goal:
to broaden the knowledge of vocational education institutions and youth choosing a future profession of the current situation and anticipated changes in the labour market as well as employees expectations in education of youth
Activities:
identification of business needs for workers with a specific profile and professional competence and motivation of youth to choose vocational education profile,
creation of platform for cooperation between the institutions carrying out vocational training, future employers and institutions of the labor market,
development of the local labour market monitoring tool
