6 Coordination of State and Utility When Possible
Program is designed to work in coordination with existing State Weatherization Programs but is not mandated Audit, CFL’s, faucet aerators, showerheads, education and possible refrigerator replacement will be paid for by FirstEnergy for qualifying homes

7 Benefits of Coordination
With FirstEnergy paying for the basic measures State monies go further The Utility benefits from this program since the kWh savings can be claimed from the measures that utility paid for.

10 Program Advantages for the Landlord
Energy savings for residents A chance to lower water bills if low flow showerheads and aerators are installed Typically most refrigerators are similar in age and condition throughout the building which gives us the ability to replace a large quantity of appliances at one time The owner of the initial refrigerator replaced keeps the new one in the event of a resident move
