2. Main Objectives
Enhance the National coordination between the implementation of INSPIRE and statutory Reporting
Bring for discussion existing experiences from pilots
Respecting the governance of each process involved
To yield the best benefits of INSPIRE implementation.
Improve the understanding about mutual relations and benefits between the implementation of INSPIRE and the thematic legislations
Improve the monitoring of the INSPIRE implementation and use of the infrastructure for spatial information
To increase the information available through the INSPIRE monitoring and reporting (Art. 21), National and European geoportals.
Prepare the MIG WP-21 on INSPIRE thematic Pilots

To accelerate and facilitate the INSPIRE implementation to harvest benefits
1- To understand why INSPIRE infrastructure is not yet much used for statutory report
INSPIRE is National and cross-MS SDI, not only for Reporting: why to highlight ‘statutory report’?
2- To agree on concrete measures
