Each column represents a distinct KRAS mutation. The proportion of a mutant allele is shown in a color code (see legend at the bottom). Wt to mut depicts cases were reclassified as positive when using the digital PCR or conventional PCR. Multiple mutation: shows those cases where the total number of mutant alleles increased after digital PCR analysis.
