Deliver training mainly in the East Midlands but have also delivered contract further afield including to the UNHCR in Budapest.

Supports Gatsby Benchmark 1 – stable Careers Programme
Designed around 3 units of the QCF Level 6 Diploma:-
Plan, design and improve your careers programmes
Develop the knowledge and skills to lead and manage career learning and progression in your organisation
Critically assess careers programmes against quality standards
Takes approximately 6 months to complete, 3 days of underpinning learning

Supports Gatsby Benchmark 8 (Personal Guidance)
Is regarded as the industry’s ‘Gold Standard’ by our professional body the Careers Development Institution
A 60 credit qualification that includes careers theory, interviewing skills, LMI and theories of reflective practice
Can incorporate the 3 units of the Leadership in Careers and Enterprise Programme as the optional unites
Approximately 12months to complete, 5 days of underpinning learning
