3. Tree Trimming Initiative
Over the last 12 months, 21 downed trees or branches have affected service.
18 of those incidents occurred Highland Branch (D Line) of the Green Line.
4 occurred over the Labor Day Weekend.

4. Tree Trimming Initiative
Beginning today; abutters will be notified of a program to survey and identify trees that are hazardous to MBTA Operations.
Hazard Condition: dead or damaged branches or trees that could affect service.
Survey Team includes providing arborist services to determine health of hazard trees.

All Operations department managers and senior manages receive weekly and monthly OT reports
