2 Weekly Reliability

3 Tree Trimming Initiative
Over the last 12 months, 21 downed trees or branches have affected service. 18 of those incidents occurred Highland Branch (D Line) of the Green Line. 4 occurred over the Labor Day Weekend.

4 Tree Trimming Initiative
Beginning today; abutters will be notified of a program to survey and identify trees that are hazardous to MBTA Operations. Hazard Condition: dead or damaged branches or trees that could affect service. Survey Team includes providing arborist services to determine health of hazard trees.

6 Overtime Management Overtime Monitoring
Standard Operating Procedures set by departments were issued September 12, 2016 Standard Operating Procedures Included OT Procedures Approval and hiring process Monitoring Hand Scanning (where applicable) Employee Workday Cap on weekly OT 16 hours within 24 hour period. Max limit applies to regular shift, overtime and authorized swaps No more consecutive 16 hour work days per week (including regular shifts, vacation, personal time, overtime and swaps) All Operations department managers and senior manages receive weekly and monthly OT reports
