Please take note of the hotel evacuation and assembly point signs in the event of a fire.
Please turn off your cell phones while in presentations.
Please arrive at presentations timeously.

If there is a change in the program it will be announce in the morning plenary session and on a board at the NLA stand.
Today – in session M103 (calibration) Miloslav Suchanek from the Czech Metrology Institute is not here and this session will now be presented by Gumani Mphaphuli of NMISA on Calibration of Breath Analyzers.

9. The NLA has had another very good year

The general marketing programs have been improved
The building extensions are nearly complete
Our International, regional and local representation remains strong

10. A different format this year to cater for the NMISA 70/10 celebrations, only two days but you still get 3 CPD points.
Please support the NMISA 70/10 celebrations.
We take this opportunity as the NLA to wish NMISA all the best for their celebrations and the future.

11. We have a full program and trust that everybody will make the best of the conference.
Use the opportunity to learn from the sessions and from each other.
Use the conference to network and meet other people in similar fields of work and share knowledge.

12. Support our exhibitors who have set up stands to demo equipment and to discuss opportunities and equipment.
Complete the evaluation forms and hand them in, there are a lot of great prizes to be drawn on Tuesday afternoon.
