2. 16.1 StudentInformation Resolved Issue
In 16.0, a "Unrecognized Guid format" error occurs when trying to add an Intermediate or Advanced Meeting Time for Course Sections
#11224 – Intermediate & Advanced meeting times can be added new or edited without error
LOAGRADE Import unrecognized guid format error
#11238 – mark imported but error was occuring
Bulk Course Section Assignment - Bulk Assignment Timing Out when 25 or more students
#11232 – Had 30 second timeout – proc has been updated

Student Requests & Assignments page is not highlighting courses in conflict
#11192 – Pink highlighting now displays for conflicts on View Schedule Graph

Parking permit allows 8 characters, Vehicle 2 & 3 description, license plate 2 & 3, following added for primary & alternate bus - pick-up & drop-off times, stop location, bus route

Membership Fees – Unable to edit a Membership Fee unless the Grade Level field was populated
#11196 – The Grade Level field is no longer required when editing a Membership Fee.
Course Section Assignments – Newly added/dropped/removed assignments were not highlighted to identify the courses that were updated when prompted to Save Changes and commit the records.
#11193 and #11211 – The updated assignments now display in a different color to identify the courses that were updated.

The icons for Active and Inactive Special Ed Events have been updated and the icons for Event Match have been updated
Active Events display with a green circle
Inactive Events display with a yellow circle
Grad Requirements with an Event Match to a special ed IEP event have a blue circle
Grad Requirements with no Event Match to a special ed IEP are blank

Special Ed Events Page updated to handle Leap Year dates included in the From/To Date range fields

When hovering over the ‘wheelchair’ icon for a disability alert for a student, the text now says ‘Disability Alert’

JVS Integration process updated to no longer fail when encountering certain conditions
Multiple mappings using same course section
Students enrolled in JVS main building and a satellite
Students withdrawn in JVS but not home school
Student dropped class in JVS but not in home school
These conditions are all corrected now. The integration won’t fail when each of these situations are encountered.

Indicates issues encountered in the process that would cause no records to be updated. Page displays what the issue is.
If integration fails because of course term differences between home school and clone, a message will be displayed here
Errors will display on the page for the building the process encountered the error so you’ll need to check each building.
