8. Impact of Geography – Indus Valley Civilization
Large area, stretches across modern day India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka , Bangledesh, Nepal, and Bhutan.
Natural border consisted of mountains and the Arabian sea protecting from invasion or disease. Water from the river provided fertile and predictable agriculture. Proximity to rivers also provided transportation for trade.
