BUSINESS OBJECTIVES: To develop a product that’s unique and healthy.
Sell products that’s easy to find in the local market as well as cheap and abundant in resources The product to become known and patronize as much as potato fries.

TARGET CUSTOMERS AND MARKET ANALYSIS
Target customers are the students of Davao Central College particularly the grade school and high school students for the reason that junk foods are not allowed inside the premises of the school as well as we want to be as one with advocacy of any school that is to provide healthy foods.

There’s no particular area in regards to the location as long as it is legal, it’s marketable, and the business can easily be spotted by possible costumers. The possible costumers are the students of Davao Central College, they are the consumers. This will change their lifestyle in a way that the “Kalabasa Fries” is rich in vitamin A, while the “Kalamansi Smoothie” is rich in vitamin C.

They can live in healthy life in simply buying these products at a very affordable price. Also, it keeps them away from harmful elements and radicals that cause various diseases. By these products it raise awareness that we should support our local market more and not foreign product.

MARKET EXPECTATIONS We expect that the costumers will be open-minded into a new products and healthy foods. We expect that people will be fully satisfied with our product and be able to share its goodness, affordability and effect in person’s health.

We also expect that after tasting they will continue to by and patronize and encourage others to have it a try. By saying “good quality of product” means healthy, always fresh and in perfect condition and with pertains to a “good service” means courteous and polite.

PROBLEMS AND THREATS The possible threats and problems of this product is when the supply is low the price is high. When there’s a bad condition of the climate, when the squash is soak from the water it will be easily be rotten, when the squash is not properly stored there’s a great possibility of contamination.

PROCESS/COOKING PROCEDURE
KALABASA FRIES KALAMANSI SMOOTHIE Wash and peel the Kalabasa Slice it in strips Heat the casserole Put an oil and let it heat until its almost boiling point Put the Kalabasa and lower the heat Let it cook for 5minutes Wash the lemon and slice in half Squeeze in the strainer Crush the ice Prepare the blender and put the crushed ice inside Add some water Add the lemon and sugar Finally add the milk

Cost-based pricing can be defined as a pricing method in which a certain percentage of the total cost of production is added to the cost of the product to determine its selling price.

COST-PLUS PRICING Refer to the simplest method of determining the price of a product. In cost-plus pricing method, a fixed percentage, also called mark-up percentage, of the total cost is added to the total cost to set the price.
