Combined Arms Center CAC Mission Command Center Excellence MCCOE Directorate of Training DOT MISSION: Design, integrate and implement leader development and the Army leader development program; synchronize and deliver education; Synchronize branch and warfighting function proponent’s doctrine, training and leader development integration; collect, analyze, and disseminate, lessons learned; manage the Army training support system enterprise; manage the Army training development enterprise; manage the Army combat training center program to build adaptive, innovative and agile Soldiers, leaders and units in order to dominate and win in the conduct of Unified Land Operations. MISSION: The Mission Command Center of Excellence (MC CoE) develops, integrates, and synchronizes Leader Development, Army Profession, and Mission Command (MC) DOTMLPF (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and education, Personnel, and Facilities) requirements and solutions to prepare leaders and units to successfully exercise Mission Command during the execution of unified land operations. MISSION: The MC DOT conducts training development for MCCOE assigned proponencies that enable the total force to execute realistic and rigorous training to achieve and sustain readiness. Digital Master Gunner (DMG) Branch Training Capabilities and Operational Integration Branch Mission: Deliver and manage Army-wide standards and products that enable training readiness for Echelon above Brigade (EAB) combined arms units and MC training readiness for all formations. Mission: Manage and deliver training and products for unit Digital Master Gunners to enhance unit readiness. (note: A Mission Command Digital Master Gunner is a Subject Matter Expert that can operate, maintain, integrate, and train others on MC information systems to generate a COP for the Commander.) Mission: Determine and implement future Mission Command training requirements to build future readiness KEY TASKS Conduct the MC Digital Master Gunner course. Proponent for Additional Skill Indicator 5C Conduct Verification and Validation (V&V) of materiel training products provided by materiel developers for MC system Programs of Record. Conduct Critical Task and Site Selection Boards to validate Individual critical task lists for MC Work Station and GCCS-A. Produce and maintain the ABCS Integration Handbook KEY TASKS Develop System Training Plans for new / “to- be-fielded” Mission Command equipment. Provide training expertise to the Mission Command equipment acquisition process. Synchronize MCCoE training developer personnel management.
