2 Itinerary Self Guided Visit to Bernabeu Stadium
Buffet Dinner including Soft Drink at Fresc Co Restaurant (two nights) Tapas Meal with Soft Drink at Museo del Jamon Restaurant Return Tickets for Madrid Cable Car (this may not happen due to renovation work) TBC Churros with Hot Chocolate at Chocolatería San Gines Visit to the Prado Museum and Caxia Forum Visit to the Reina Sofia Museum Visit to the Retiro Park Sightseeing: Palacio Real, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor Shopping at Gran Vía

5 Meals Breakfast will be taken every day at the hostel.
Dinner on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Lunches are not provided Thursday evening meal can be purchased before we leave for airport

6 EHIC cards and passports
European Health Insurance Cards are required to travel and can be applied for online for free Passports and EHIC cards should be taken to the school office for copying. They will be returned straight to the pupil.

7 Behaviour contract & Consent forms
Behaviour contracts need to be signed by pupils and parents to ensure we all have the best holiday possible 

8 Medical information Miss Gordge is the primary first aider who can hold any medication required.

9 SPENDING MONEY Miss Walder will keep the money and be “banker” every morning after breakfast. Please place the money for each day in a separate labelled envelope, and put all the envelopes in a large named one. Pupils must keep their money for Monday with them. Recommended spending per day Lunch – 10 Euros (to include a drink) Drinks throughout the day Souvenir shopping You will need to have some pound sterling for travelling to the airport and then Euros after.

Sun cream and lip salve Sensible shoes for walking T – shirts Thin jumpers Small rucksack Toiletries Towel Small first aid kit (suggest Calpol sachets and paracetamol) Small notebook and pen Cards, puzzle book, small games Nightwear European adaptor for any electrical items Something reliable to tell the time Camera (at own risk) 15-20 degrees average temperature 8 degrees in the evening This powerpoint will be available on the school website, under Trips. An information booklet will be given out to pupils prior to travel
