ITB at EDD has about 500 IT staff

Several Projects occurring at same time
Shortage of specific IT staff common (ex: System Architect)
ITB needed more PM standardization

Implement Resource Management Processes, and develop/implement ITB Project Management Processes using MS Project Server 2003.

RMP Waves - Strategy to roll out use of tool to about 80 staff every two months, while also providing support to ensure quality.
RMP Waves consist of:
